This Privacy Policy explains how EnggiBasis, operated by Sachin Patel ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Service.

• Account information: your email address and a securely hashed password when you register.
• Payment information: processed entirely by Razorpay. We receive only a subscription status and transaction reference — we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
• Usage data: basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) to operate and improve the Service. Your engineering inputs and calculation results are processed in your browser.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and subscription.
• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, or important service updates.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service, namely:

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Supabase — secure account and database hosting.
• Vercel — application hosting.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and secure, access-controlled storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by emailing us. You may also cancel your subscription and close your account at any time.
